Not getting message in slack #73

I follow all the steps from videos to configure my application on slack API. The link is verified but I can't get the reply from the backend side can you suggest me what type of issue that is?

I had periodical issues with NGROK. The safest way would be to expose your endpoint on a public available URL.

I also use Ngrok and link also verifies in slack API then I try to get the reply from the chatbot but it's not working.
