Phone numbers do not allow + signs, thus unable to enter country code

Phone numbers are only 8 digits for local bakery owners based in Singapore. Hence, it is not necessary to add a country code for international numbers.

Firstly, the target user profile did not state that this is targeted at local bakeries.

Secondly, even if this is targeted at local bakeries, I believe that local bakeries do import supplies from overseas and thus would need to add phone numbers of overseas suppliers, thus I feel it is necessary to allow country code for international numbers for this app
