Publishing on Open VSX Registry #212

The Open VSX Registry is used by VSCode OSS as an alternative to the VSCode Marketplace. Till now, this extension is auto-synced on the registry.

Unfortunately, it somehow built the extension incorrectly so it lacked the haskell.json and cabal.json files. So, the extension is currently at an unusable state if installed through Open VSX registry. Please consider uploading it manually to the registry.
