Couldn't find terrain alpine_grass_fancy (on belgian bog map) #62

maps/skirmishes/belgian_bog_2p.pmp is still referring to alpine_grass_fancy which is not more available.

leading to a "Couldn't find terrain alpine_grass_fancy" at start.

seems to be related to https://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/PortA25ToA26#r26241

The following textures have been deleted. Use ​Phab:P268 to replace them by alternatives.

alpine_grass_b_fancy.xml
alpine_grass_c_fancy.xml
alpine_grass_d_fancy.xml
alpine_grass_fancy.xml
