School coloring for multi-school damage #27

Hex values are taken from addon Details (Details\functions\spells.lua). Details has a lighter green for nature damage (#BEFFBE compared to #4DFF4D) and I decided to keep the original colour. The original colour for Chromatic, Magic and Chaos was #A330C9 and I have replaced it with the value from Details, feel free to revert that.

heya, I did see this PR - I just want to double check things before i merge them in. Since I'm not that active right now it might take some time, but I expect to get to it before 10.2 releases.
