DAC5571 is nice and all, but SPI would be way faster! #26

Maybe use MCP4802. CS could be shared with flash or GPIOX3/4, selectable via solder jumper. Flash is normally not nescessary... This solution would be very much faster and probably easier to automate with dma? And the device has 2 DAC Channels built in! IC costs 2.3$ 2x DAC5571 costs 2 x 1.0055$ so no big difference!
