Merges feat/3-git-convention -> develop

What?

• 깃 메시지 표준 강제

  Why?

• 프로젝트 컨벤션 통일

  How?

• .gitmessage 파일 추가

  Anything Else?

• 개별 로컬 git bash에서 프로젝트 경로를 입력하여 다음 명령어 실행

  git config commit.template ~/프로젝트 경로/.gitlab/.gitmessage

  예시:

  git config commit.template ~/Desktop/Projects/log-consumer/.gitlab/.gitmessage
