something wrong about project resource #2

Nice to meet you ! There are something wrong when I compile the project code,the output info is "RC2135 file not found: ..\resources\HEADER.dib"

I accidently had uploaded an incorrect version. Seems fixed now

Hi, I'm trying to install the DRM 3.0 and have followed the instruction given in your PDF. Still i got this message after loading the plugin: please install libfdk-aac-2.dll My question is how do I install this libfdk-aac-2.dll correctly to avoid this message? I assume this must be resolved before it can work. I hope you can help me out on this issue.
