Update languages tables 9 and add table 10 #33

Update the language table 9 and add table 10 based on ETSI TS 101 756 v1.8.1.

Funny enough table 9 supposed to be for "European languages" and Greek language is included in table 10 "Other languages".

Thanks, I changed Qt-DAB as well The tables are even more interesting, Turkish is part of the european language. What did you guys do to get kicked out of the european languages?

I have no idea, I guess somebody from ETSI had very bad time in a Greek Island and totally forgot that Greece is a European country located in Europe!!!

Turkey has a small part in Europe, so it makes sence to include it as a European language.

Anyway, users will never understand, those small details, having the language in UI will be enough for them.
