Problem with Ubuntu 16.04 and Italian language #1

Downloaded qt-1090 for use with SDRPlay. Modified CMakeList.txt adding -std=c++11 for getting it to compile

Now I get this message at startup:

main: Detected system language "it_IT" main: Set language "it_IT" main: Error while loading language specifics "it_IT" use English "en_GB" instead

After this, number are in English format (i.e. lat=45,1525) in messages but also in Json and Web interface don't work with Json error. Non GUI dump1090 is correctly working with same C++ flag

So, something is wrong with the localization. I now removed all attempts
