I could not get the HTTP server working on windows 10. These modifications fixed the issue for me.
Changed the Google Maps API part based on Googles "Hello world" example (Maps javascript tutorial).
This new Google Maps API seems to also require an API key.
Also added charset=utf-8 metadata to keep Firefox quiet.
