Testing RTLSDR with setup-qt-dab32-6.25.exe vs setup-qt-dab32-6.V3.exe #309

There seems to be a problem with the libarries. 6.25 runs well with RTL V4 (not V3) and 6.V3 runs well with V3 (and not V4). Feedback?
