utilzing omni-c reads #3

Hi thank you for developing this tool. I am interested to give a try and would like to know if you've tested it with omnic reads.

AutoHiC is currently not tested on omni-c, but you can configure as the Hi-C data and conduct the test to see if the results are feasible.
