Notepad++ "wrap with abbreviation" shortcut #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Notepad++ wit ZC installed
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+A in any other application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You'll get the abbrev window. Expected to see whatever the current application 
specified for the shortcut.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ZC version 0.6.1, Notepad++ version 5.8.2, Windows XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
The shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A for "wrap with abbreviation" is registered as a 
global one. It overrules the shortcut in applications that use it. For example 
in the Gimp it means "select none" but instead, because of ZC, it shows the 
abbrev window.

Workaround:
Close Notepad++.
