Overriding bold shortcut? [feature] #20

I think it'll be really handy to give us an option for overriding bold shortcut (control+B) with markdown's asterisks instead of the default behaviour.

Not sure how much work this is, or whether it's okay to submit feature requests on github. In either case, thanks a lot for your work.

Hi, this is a great idea but right now I don't have the time to maintain this Add-on, as soon as I find time to work out the other issues I'll look into this feature request as well!
