Convert characters to use static files, and stages/venues to be model based with the ability to upload images

Reasons for change:

• Loading external urls is slow, this is much faster!
• Venues were a pain to update before, but now you can just update them through the admin page. The javascript for displaying the images was also simplified!
• We now provide a data migration that sets up the full character set for you if you don't have them
• Should wrap up issue #4
