Colt/theme updates #20

Makes long-overdue updates to themes, icons, and links to bring SmashNight properly into Season 5. Addresses #19 which was shamelessly created to so I can get some dopamine and feel like I'm knocking out formal issues :)

This is awesome work!!! I wasn't sure how to best leave all the comments for what I was thinking, but ended up making a PR to your branch with my proposed changes: #21
