Discord bot to query sncrs #8

It would be wonderful to request various pieces of information from sncrs directly from discord. To do this, we probably need:

  1. An API that provides that information on the sncrs side
  2. A discord bot to request that data

Bot is created and capable of simple SNCRS queries. Subsequent improvements will be captured in new issues
