version version 0.5.0a1: The first version of `blitz-replays analyze` command

• blitz-replays analyze files: First working version
  • No stats cache, i.e. fetches stats every time from the WG API
  • No optimization for stats_type=player (only) and uses tank-stats API to fetch stats (100x slower)
  • No user-configurable config file support yet: see config.toml in the replays folder
• Maps() refactor:
  • File format change: run blitz-data maps app before running analyze command
