It'd be nice if users could override the name for gnu make used by the buildhelper

To use:
1) You can use a custom properties file with Xuggler builds now.  Place it here:
mk/buildtools/custom-build.properties

2) Set the "build.native.make" property.  For example:
build.native.make=gmake

This will override the default command we use ("make").
