Add pthreads support to captive libx264 on windows #57

Right now the integration of libx264 on windows doesn't use pthreads; we
should "incarcerate" pthreads as well, and then allow windows to use threading.

Punting for now though.

hmm, i have had problems building pthreads with current msys&mingw, have you 
had 
success?
(as in, couldn't build it)
