Description

It doesn't make sense that the locationcodes module should dictate a particular storage structure for location code categorizations.

The module was removed with https://github.com/Jython1415/zolltools/pull/140/commits/2543703acb23abe1544f7a3e0383ac5d02a49a52 so it be argued that this issue has been addressed.

Closing because the location code module with be removed completely.
