Description

The location code JSON format is rather complicated. The purpose of this issue is to try to flatten it.

Removed the tasks section in the original comment because there was nothing in it.

This is going to have to be addressed in the zoll-foundation-grant-project repository because location code categorization is going to be moved there in a simplified form. I will link the associated issue in that repository in a separate comment. This issue can be marked as complete once that change has been made and proposed in that repository.

Location code module is being deprecated completely.
