Friction Incinerator related crash #186

Built the Friction incinerator, hooked it up to a low pressure system, opened GUI, inserted crushed copper from hydraulicraft crusher, immediately crashed. reloaded world, everything was fine, tried opening Friction incinerator again, crash.
