(Suggestion)PVP in dimensions #10

Was wondering if a overwrite for PVP in dimensions could be added, one that enables PVP even if you have it disabled or even if its a certain time #9 Maybe even a config that sets which PVP rule overwrites witch one?

Not sure why i never replied to this, i'm sorry. There's already an option to force PVP in a certain dimension.
