Players can't do any damage to each other, even if both of them have PvP toggled on, saying both players need it enabled.

Having the same issue, seems to only affect some players, running recommended versions of forge(2705) and sponge (BETA-3206)

I'd run the sponge plugin of pvptoggle if I could, but for some reason that one doesn't work at all.
