Monster AI is stupid #43

Please fix. Mobs don't do anything in certain circumstances. If they're blocked in the way that they want to go, they should try another way and another until they find a way that they're able.

I can fix this based off the code I’m writing for the tron bike game, the AI function should be effectively the same, only actually simpler for this
