The plugin ingests everything without being able to filter out what is relevant to ones role. With a department of many teams there is a lot of noise on the feed
The on-call page has a Search but it would be good to be able to configure relevant panels at the top, or even some out of view. The same for the alerts page, it shows everything which means 98% is irrelevant
