First of all, thanks for your plugin. I have a feature request to be able to raise incidents with some basic fields from the plugin. Reasoning for this is that some employees should be able to raise incident from Backstage. I think smaller organizations would appreciate this feature. What do you think? If you are open to it and accepting PRs I can try to add it.
