Create on call list by schedule. #132

Hi,

Right now, we are forced to use OnCallList to view people currently on call. What we would like to see is schedules, that we are interested in (couple out of 100). I saw that you implemented OnCallForScheduleCard. Could you please export it, so we can use it?
