Awesome books: a complete website with navigation #5

In this pull request, I've implemented the following,

  1. Add a navigation bar
  2. Modify the Books list, Add book form and Contact info sections.
  3. Add the interactions for when you click on any of the links, the main area changes to display only one of the three content sections.
