SEO - yahoo ping #126

When submitting a new todo, ping yahoo with the site URL possibly with the 
most accurate sitemap. e.g.

http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/ping?
sitemap=http://hu.todomap.org/rss.xml/region/HU/Budapest/Budapest

Maybe this is something that could be done from client side as well, so that 
todomap 
server IP is not limited by yahoo.
