soundpost issues #866

1: on stock player, the video doesnt loop, just stops playing after one time, while the sound is continuing expected: keep looping till the sound ends, and then start both from beginning

2: on MPV, soundposts dont play at all if its not possible to do, maybe its possible to fallback to built in player automatically when a video soundpost is detected while using MPV? 10bit videos still wont play on some GPUs... but at least wont have to switch players manually or maybe have the regular player under the MPV at the same time for those posts? (not sure if its how it works, just thinking outloud, thank you for adding mpv.conf support)
