Popup image should use the biggest quadrant. #92

Add the moment image popup is always displayed to the bottom right of the cursor even if there is more space available on other sections of the screen.

1.- Find the biggest quadrant from the cursor position. 2.- Resize the image to be fit inside the remaining space

Meeting the following two requirements should be enough:

  1. image popup dialog should be re-sizable
  2. Titlebar of imege popup shouldn't hide behind the top bar
