After seting depth to other then 0 - labels don't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setting depth to -1 or 1, 2 etc...
2. Setting labels file name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: gallery with caption and description from labels.txt file from each 
folder, or main folder...
Instead: gallery with pictures are displayed correctly (from all folders), but 
without labels...

What version of the product are you using?
sigplus 1.4.2.14

Please provide any additional information below.
Testing on Joomla Joomla! 3.0.3 and 2.5.9
After setting depth = 0 labels works normaly.
