Busy Lock/TX Permit not honoring ChannelFree setting #2

When providing the value ChannelFree for the Busy Lock/TX Permit column in the DMR_Others file, anytone-config-builder.pl returns an error stating:

Invalid TX Permit: 'ChannelFree' is not one of: Different Color Code, Always, Same Color Code

For channels with Channel Type set to D-Digital this is a valid CPS option, and should be passed into the output file as set in the input file(s).
