Show all days #11

Is there a way to get the calendar to show all days in the view? In other words, at the top and bottom there will usually be a few days from the previous or next month showing. Could there be an option to show or hide those days outside the range of the current month?

Thanks. I took a quick look at the source but I can see where it's pretty complex!
