Currently many things are configurable in the code but there are limited, or zero, means yet to configure them without recompiling.

Add a menu system and/or SD card file to control configurable stuff.

config.ini is read on bootup from an SD card to override program defaults. The first working entry is bd_address = your_rig_address_with_colons
