make iperf test use the currently existing namespace in the model

Currently iperf testing is creating a new iperf namespace aside from the original testing namespace.

Problem

• spun 1 additional pod to each of the node, which cost a lot of resources.

Solution: ensure only one testing namespace on the cluster to run the validator.
