HeadlessServices and Endpoints verification #84

We should have a test that

makes a headless service
adds a selector to it
confirms that the service works
scales the pods down
confirms that the services fails
scales the pods back up
confirms that the service works (pulls all the pods)

This will really be useful to folks using headless services for "pet" applications like rabbit MQ and Minio...

Note: It would be nice to see the coredns logs somehow if possible , i.e. to see NXDOMAINs coming up and down
