fixed session affinity tests

• instead of assuming there are at least 4 pods in the existing cluster, we create new pods;
• run the session affinity test, but not fail the entire test, as it reproduces the open issue: Session affinity for same service and different ports is forwarded to different endpoints for each destination port kubernetes/kubernetes#103000;
