Userstory: Repairman application

As a repairman I want to see and edit all repairs, so so I can see what tools are needed for a specific repair and mark repairs as done.

Description

A repairman needs to view all repairs added by users. He must be able to edit the repairs so he can mark repairs as 'in progress' or ' done'
