Last night we had a spring meeting with the stakeholder. I showed him the current process and a new more efficient process. The process can be found in my portfolio under S4 Analyse (and later on our shared drive). If you don't have permission to view my portfolio, please contact me for access.

Some new insights were made in our meeting.
