Foxpost address issues #123

I checked the proposed import file and run grep ' MOD ' poi_address_merge_hufoxpocso.osm | sort to see only the changes. I found the following type of issues:

  1. There are 46 changes for addr:housenumber and addr:postcode. I didn't check each but it looks strange.
  2. There are 36 changes for addr:street. I checked some of them and the changes look invalid.
  3. branch becomes Title Case like Bp. 11. ker. Penny Rétköz utca --> Bp. 11. Ker. Penny Rétköz Utca.
  4. contact:phone changes are good.
  5. description changes are good, many descriptions have been improved by added beltéri and kültéri to the text.
