When merged this pull request will:

Sets the correct exceptions for CfgVehicle files.
Note: "exceptions[]" refers to exceptions from ACEs exceptions. Meaning if "isNotInside" would reenable it in vehicles.

@MissHeda one of the medics in the unit im in found that the AED-X can become disconnected from a patient and get dropped over the side of the base game boat when its in motion. I just wanted to verify that this request would cover that issue before i opened a new issue about it.

You shouldn't be holding AED when inside a vehicle. Just let the medic pic it up into their backpack and it'll stay connected when range is not above threshold.
