When merged this pull request will:

Fix errors due to ACE inheritance changes where the game would not even launch
Fix error in inheritace for quadbike stretcher position points
_Fix error in medical menu due to ACE Hashmap change for fnctreatment that we have modified
Fix wrong CSTRING for CWMP
Fix wrong CWMP callback success referencing old Painkillers fnc
