When merged this pull request will:

Update analgesic and stamina drugs description on inventory (descriptionShort)
added an indication of whether the substance is opioid or not, and have used wording that is more appropriate for the in-game effects and doesn't break the immersion.
It seems to compete with #553 and has a different direction.

IMPORTANT

Development Guidelines are read, understood and applied.
Title of this PR uses our standard template Component - Add|Fix|Improve|Change|Make|Remove {changes}.

I looked over the German text, it needs some work, it's directly translated which doesn't make sense.

For instance:

anesthetic analgesic Anästhetikum-Analgetikum

In German those 2 Word mean very diffrent things and don't work as a compound word.

That's absolutely true. I checked again, and everything except for opioids seems unnatural. (well, opioid is too but better) It would be better to delete them for now. (Someone will probably translate them later...)
