Installation of config file and executables - move to post-install #40

This is now part of the main iromlab.pyw code. It would make more sense to include this in the post-install function in setup.py.

Done: https://github.com/KBNLresearch/iromlab/commit/15ebfcf920c542bf3d21bbeb088d6de09bdef9d5 Needs further testing, but seems to work.
