Run external tools (mediainfo) directly from package #43

Related to https://github.com/KBNLresearch/omSipCreator/issues/42: Wheel-based package doesn't allow post-install hooks. So we need to:

  1. Remove the post-install hooks from setup.py
  2. Change the calls to mediainfo.exe (analogous to Iromlab)
