Appears to be a MediaInfo issue, created the following issue for this:

Updated MediaInfo binaries to v 17.2 https://github.com/KBNLresearch/omSipCreator/commit/1c1514a5997230998b1fbf04b80f23b0ec78ad5c; XML is now valid.
